Hey everyone! In this week’s do it with me weight-loss video I talk a little bit about what we’re going to have in this week’s meal plan, which would be easily converted into a vegan/vegetarian plan if you needed to. This week’s meal plan is about 1700 calories, for two people, six days, and costs about $85.

You make me laugh so much, I love that you keep everything so real and don't try to sugar coat anything (no pun intended) we all have blah weeks, just try and stay positive! also I love that you even mentioned that meal plans can be altered for vegan and vegetarian because a lot of people are so close minded when you mention the V words lol, and I can't wait to try this version of the "meatless loaf".   2. Hi Rosalie! Nice job on the dining room! Nice job reclaiming your dining room! β€πŸ’œπŸ’šπŸ’›πŸ’™ I am pretty much eating eggs for breakfast and snacks because they're protein. I add 2 slices of bacon and at last 1 to 2 cups of spinach plus some shredded cheddar (salt and pepper too!). I like how you try cauliflower mash. I never ate them yet, but this is because I am so new to eating healthier. I like your lunch kits. They look delicious even though you lost me on the tzatziki sauce adding garlic lol but it looks incredibly delicious Rosalie. For snacks at home I have almonds, skinny pop kettle corn, apples, cuties, string cheese, cheddar cheese, tons of uncooked eggs and honestly a couple treats I am safe to eat in small portions. I am so happy I found you. See you tomorrow!

  4. Hi Rosalie! If you enjoy the lentil loaf, you might like Lentil Seitan Sloppy Joes (Skinny Bitch Cookbook). I have been making this recipe for years, and I love it! I usually omit the seitan, I think it's just there for texture but it is fine with out.
